Shifts

This report provides a chronological record of all register openings and closings performed on a selected date. It gives managers a quick way to verify who handled each register, when it was accessed, and the declared totals at each action. Essentially, it acts as a consolidated record of all register summary reports.

Main Screen> MENU> REPORTS> SALES> SHIFT

From the Main Screen, select MENU and go to REPORTS.

Under the SALES tab, select SHIFT.

Filters

1. Filter by a specific date: Select a specific date by tapping the date field. A calendar will appear, allowing you to choose the day, month, and year.

View

Click VIEW to generate the report.

Once generated, the report displays a table with the following information:

Time: When the register action occurred.

Type: Indicates whether the register is Open (register opened) or Close (register closed).

User: Employee responsible for the action.

Total: Total amount in the register at that moment, including cash, card payments, and other payment methods recorded in the system.

Click any row in the list to open the corresponding Register Summary Report.

If you click on an OPEN Register row:

You’ll see details about the opening, including: Register used, Date and time opened, Employee who opened it, and Cash amount at opening.

If you click on a CLOSE Register row:

You’ll see all opening details plus the employee who closed it, all sales and transactions during that shift, a breakdown of items sold, payment method distribution (cash, card, etc.), and the final cash count at closing.


Below the Register Summary Report, you can:

PRINT: You can print the register summary report

EMAIL: You can send an email with the register summary report

RE-CAL: Clicking it will refresh the register summary data.
