This guide outlines the fields that can be completed in the product CSV file to uploads into the POS system. By including this information, you can achieve a more accurate and efficient inventory import process.

After downloading the template from Export Product, you can complete the available fields to include more detailed and accurate inventory information.

Import Fields
The following fields are non required information you can add to your inventory import:
PID: Unique system-generated identifier for the product, (Not to complete neither to copy).
STORE: Store location associated with the product.
CODE: The barcode asociated to the product.
CATEGORY: The category to which the product belongs
NAME: Name of the product.
PLU: Price Look-Up code used for quick item entry.
ITEM NUMBER: Alternative identifier for the product.
PRICE TYPE: Defines how the item is priced (e.g., single, multiple, by weight).
PRICE: Selling price of the product.
COST: Purchase or cost price of the product.
STOCK: Current quantity available in inventory.
VENDOR: Supplier associated with the product.
VENDOR CODE: Supplier-specific code for the product.
VENDOR CASE SIZE: Quantity of items per vendor case.
VENDOR CASE CODE: Code used to identify the vendor case.
IS TAXABLE: Indicates if the product is subject to tax (Yes/No).
TAX TABLE: The tax table assigned to the product (1–5), based on the configured tax table in the system.
TAX TABLE QTY:The quantity used to apply the selected tax table when selling in cases.
IS FOODSTAMPABLE: Indicates if the item is eligible for food stamp payments (Yes/No/Blank).
IS DISCOUNTABLE: Indicates if discounts can be applied to the product (Yes/No/Category setting).
WEIGHT: Product weight value.
WEIGHT UNIT: Unit of measurement for the weight (e.g., oz, lb, kg).
WEIGHT TARE: Deductible packaging weight.
MENU: Indicates whether the item will be displayed on the sales menu (Yes/No).
PRIORITY: Defines the order in which items are displayed within the category.
After Priority, you can include Custom Fields, which will appear in the next template you download.
