Paying with Gift Card

 This guide explains how to process a Gift Card payment in the system.

Main Screen> Number Pad> Sales Screen> Sale with rang up items> PAY> GIFT CARD

On the Main screen, click on the NUMBER PAD and input the assigned personal password to log in.

Ring up the items for a sale.

Once all items have been rung up, press on PAY.

Select GIFT CARD on the PAYMENT METHOD screen.

Scan the card's code, swipe it on the MSR, or manually enter the card number and press PROCESS to complete the transaction.

Note: If the Gift Card balance is less than the total amount, the system will ask for another payment method to cover the difference.
