Return Tool

This tool allows a return to be processed by entering or scanning the transaction number. 

Main Screen> Number Pad> Sales screen> TOOL> RETURN

On the Main Screen, click on the number pad and enter the assigned personal password.


Go to TOOL and press RETURN.

Enter the transaction number corresponding to the ticket being returned.
Press on DONE to continue.

Hint: There are two ways to find the transaction number:
1. Go to TRANS to locate and choose the transaction that includes the item/s to be returned:

2. The transaction number can also be viewed on the customer’s receipt:

Select the item/s the customer wants to return.
Press RETURN.


Hint:
To return multiple units of the same product, tap the item once for each unit being returned. To cancel the selection, tap one additional time beyond the original quantity purchased.
Once the item/s appear on the ticket, press PAY to continue.

Select the PAYMENT METHOD for the refund.

Hint: We recommend using the same payment method the customer originally used when they purchased the item/s.
Press DONE to finalize the return.
