1. Check if your settings are the same as in the KB.
2. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
1. Store Name and Terminal Number that is facing the issue.
2. Have on hand a picture or video of the error message.
3. Include a picture of the specific Settings section in the POS that controls or is connected to the issue you’re reporting.
4. The date of when the problem started.
