Non-Supportable List

We’re dedicated to helping our customers achieve success through reliable support and solutions. However, there are certain situations where our assistance may be limited due to technical, security, or policy reasons. Below are some of the most common requests we’re unable to support.

Issues beyond our support scope

1. Windows setting, not relating to our POS system.

2. Any network questions not mentioned in our Customer Support Guideline (see Network section).

3. Any credit card terminal questions such as but not limited to, force close, adding tip manually using the credit card terminal, VARSHEET, etc.

4. Any non-supported third-party hardware.

5. Any non-supported third-party software.
