Export Customers

This feature allows you to export your customer information from the system into an Excel spreadsheet for backup, analysis, or data management purposes.

Main Screen> MENU> ADMINISTRATION> TOOLS> EXPORT DATA
Go to MENU and press ADMINISTRATION.


Go to the TOOLS tab in the administration section and click on EXPORT DATA.

You’ll find options to customize your export:
STORE: Check this box to include store information associated with each customer.

WITH POINTS & CREDITS: Check this box to include customers’ loyalty points and credit balances in the export.
Once you’ve selected the desired options, click on the Excel icon next to CUSTOMERS.

The system will automatically download an Excel file with your customer data. Make sure to save the file in your preferred location for future reference.


The downloaded file will include details such as: Name, address and contact information, email, account status, points and credits (if selected).
