Customer appointments

This feature lets you create and manage customer appointments using the scheduling calendar.

Main Screen> MENU> CUSTOMERS> APPOINTMENTS

In the APPOINTMENTS tab, the calendar view will display.
Press on an available time slot.

After selecting an empty time slot, a setup screen will pop up with three tabs: BASIC, PARTY, and PRODUCT.

Basic
In this tab, choose the RESOURCE, SERVICE type, input the estimated TIME, and link the service to a CUSTOMER account. To set the type of services and resources list, see (hyperlink).

Party
In this tab, specify the number of guests attending the appointment on TOTAL PARTY and list them in the blank slots. 

Product
In this tab, press on a blank field to enter the products from your inventory that will be used during the service.

When all the appointment details have been entered, press SAVE to finalize and register the appointment.

Result:

The appointment information will be shown on the calendar.
