Assigning employees to the correct group ensures their permissions and responsibilities match their current role. This guide explains how to move an employee to a different group within the system.
Main Screen> MENU> EMPLOYEES> EMPLOYEE LIST
Go to MENU and press EMPLOYEES
To move an employee to a different group, go to the EMPLOYEE LIST and select the group the employee currently belongs to.
Locate the employee account and press REMOVE GRP.
Press YES to continue.
Go to the desired group and press ADD USER.
From the list of available users, select the employee.
Hint: You can use the keyboard to quickly search for an employee.

In this example, the employee has been successfully moved to the MANAGER group and removed from the CASHIER group.
