Use a Loyalty Coupon

These coupons are rewards generated through the Loyalty System. Customers earn points for their purchases or visits, which can be redeemed as a payment method or exchanged for discount coupons.

Ring-up the Coupon

You can ring up a Loyalty Coupon in three different ways:

1. Scan the Coupon: Printed coupons include a barcode that can be scanned directly at the register.

2. Enter the Barcode Manually: Type the number shown below the barcode using the on-screen keyboard.

3. Selecting a Customer: When you assign a customer to the sale, a screen displaying all their available loyalty coupons will appear.

To assign a customer, go to the Customer screen by pressing the CUSTOMER icon, then click the magnifying glass.

SELECT the desired customer from the list.

After assigning the customer, select the coupon you wish to use from the coupon's list the customer earned on previous transactions.

If you want to access this screen manually, click the COUPONS icon on the customer screen.

Using the coupon

After ringing up the coupon, a screen displaying the coupon details will appear. Review the information carefully, then click USE to apply it.

If the purchase meets the coupon’s conditions, the discount will be automatically applied. You’ll see the coupon and the discount displayed on the sales screen.

To complete the sale proceed with the transaction as usual.
