This tool allows items to be sold and added individually from a larger case, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory tracking.
Main Screen> Number Pad> Sales screen> TOOL> Break Case
From the Main Screen, click on the numberpad and input the assigned personal password to log in.

Go to TOOL and click on BREAK CASE.

Enter the BARCODE of the product whose case is being broken:

Result:
The case associated with the entered barcode will be successfully broken, and the stock will be added to the inventory. The system will prompt for confirmation to break an additional case. Scan or enter the barcode as many times as the number of cases being added.

If the case size has not been previously set on the product detail, the following screen will appear. Click SEARCH to select a product from the inventory, and enter the quantity contained in the case.
If the case size has already been configured but needs to be updated due to order changes or vendor adjustments to box contents, refer to the Product Detail Break tab to modify the values. 

Hint: Press VIEW to see the product details.
For mixed cases, a maximum of five different products can be selected. Press OK to continue with the process.
