Parlevel

You can set parlevel from an item's inventory(INVTR) tab

Starting from main menu go Product > Search the item you want to set parlevel > INVTR
Click on MIN PARLEVEL and you'll get a number pad that you can change the mininmum parlevel
Click on MAX PARLEVEL and you'll get a number pad that you can change the mininmum parlevel
