Points Tender

The Points feature allows you to reward your customers based on their purchases and later redeem those points during future sales.

MENU> SETTINGS> PAYMENT> TENDER > POINTS
Go to MENU and press SETTINGS

On PAYMENT, Press TENDER and go to POINTS.

To set the points feature:

USE: check the USE box to start using this feature
AUTO CASH DRAWER OPEN: Check the AUTO CASH DRAWER OPEN box to open the cash drawer after performing a points transaction
AUTO PRINT CUSTOMER COPY: Select how many copies you want to print for the customers. The system allows printing a maximum of 5 copies.
AUTO PRINT MERCHANT COPY: Check the AUTO PRINT MERCHANT COPY to take a printed record of the transaction

MINIMUM REQUIRED TO USE (MIN REQUIRED): The minimum number of points a customer must have in their balance before they are allowed to redeem any points.
MINIMUM REQUIRED TO USE (MIN PAYABLE): The minimum portion of the sale (in dollars) that must remain payable after applying points. This prevents a sale from being fully paid with points.
MAXIMUM ALLOW TO USE (MAX PAYABLE): The maximum portion of the sale (in dollars) that can be covered by points. This sets a limit on how much discount can be applied using points.
VALUE RATE: How much each point is worth when redeemed. ($1.00 = ?)

Press on SAVE to update and apply the points configuration
