This feature allows you to configure which POS activities will generate automatic email alerts to management or designated recipients. This is especially useful for security monitoring, auditing, and tracking sensitive actions within the system.
Main Screen> MENU > ADMINISTRATION > SECURITY > ALERT
Go to MENU and press ADMINISTRATION

Click the SECURITY tab and select ALERT.
In the ALERT section:
SALES
Check the boxes for the sales-related events you want to receive email notifications for. Examples include: Register open/close, Voids, Returns, Cash drawer opened with no sale done.

Once done, press SAVE and RESTART PROGRAM.
PRODUCTS
Enable this option to receive notifications whenever product information is accessed or modified.
Check the box to activate alerts for product-related actions.

Once done, press SAVE and RESTART PROGRAM.
PAYMENTS
Check the box to receive alerts when a batch settlement is processed.

Once done, press SAVE and RESTART PROGRAM.
EMAIL SETUP
Click on GO TO EMAIL SETUP to be redirected to: ADMINISTRATION > ONLINE > EMAIL NOTIFICATION
There, you can configure the recipients for these alerts.
